Job Description

1 Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximising client potential in designated regions
2 developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements
3 persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
4 calculating client quotations and administering client accounts
5 preparing reports for Manager Sales and keeping customer records
6 meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales project
7 supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
8 technical presentations at Clients office and demonstrating how a product meets client needs
9 listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
10 maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
11 cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
12 responding to incoming email and phone enquiry
13 creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer
14 Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the ZM/RM, Accounts by timely entries in ERP
15 Ensure the Timely payment collection of timely dispatch schedule
16 Making Quotation for the refurbishment(re-testing products) post the detail audit by Quality and production
17 Making the Import and export documentations from acquiring the sales
18 Timely submission of the daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/Annual reports
19 Collecting the appreciation letters and references from the customer
20 Updating and sharing the Active Customer list with Proprietor
21 Tracking the progress of all the Quotation submission and updating
22 Ensure if any negative feedback is given for product or services then its to be share directly with Proprietor
